Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

When you book a service through our website, you enter into an agreement with GlimmerHaze Spire. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via methods specified during the booking process. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days notice: Full refund
  • 3-6 days notice: 50% refund or transfer to future date
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, but may transfer to future date subject to availability

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure your child arrives on time for sessions
  • Inform us of any special needs or requirements
  • Respect our staff and other participants
  • Follow safety guidelines during sessions
  • Not disrupt sessions or other participants
